The Role:

As our first International Schools Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding ClickView’s global customer footprint.

Your role will be to further establish ClickView’s presence in the primary and secondary markets covering all International Schools. You will develop lasting relationships with our current and prospective customers to build our business.

You will use your skills to research, identify and qualify new business opportunities and proactively create demand by engaging with the right communities.

You will have an understanding of the unique needs of educators and approach all opportunities with a consultative, value orientated approach. You will be a strategic thinker, demonstrate high energy and be awesome at closing the deal. Utilising your strong rapport building, you will develop and maintain relationships with decision makers across International Schools to ensure custsomer renewals.

We are looking for an individual who has a genuine love of customer service and technology and has a great attitude and work ethic to match.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy and territory plan to prospect for new business meetings
  • Prospect calls and other activity in order to be able to establish meaningful contact
  • Build and manage a pipeline that (with forecast data) will result in targets being met or exceeded
  • Identify the correct influencers and decision makers within each opportunity institute
  • Work with various networks of International Schools around the world
  • Assisting teachers in embracing the benefits of video in the classroom
  • Build, grow and manage a new customer base of International Schools
  • Securing annual subscription renewals
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM database and provide accurate reports
  • Attend virtual events, create bespoke campaigns and act as a brand advocate for ClickView

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ sales experience
  • Account management experience
  • Target driven individual whilst also being a genuine team player
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful sales development at multiple levels within an organisation
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Time and territory management experience
  • A data driven mindset and ability to analyse sales metric to reflect on areas for growth and development
  • Open and available to work across a variety of time zones
