BloomThat is searching for someone to join us as our Business Development Manager. This person will execute the strategy for BloomThat to hit its revenue and business development growth goals.
In this position, you will find and capitalize on our untapped power users to drive B2B sales in the lead up to the holidays, and beyond. You should be able to jump in quickly to set up a prospecting plan. You should be incredibly diligent about follow-up but also know when a relationship needs to be paused. You should have excellent account management skills and treat each B2B customer like they’re part of the BloomThat family.
You will work as a part of a small team and provide feedback and insights from sales conversations to our growth department to inform strategic efforts.
