Business Development Manager (Hong Kong)

Full-Time
  • Reporting to the Regional Development team lead, this role takes full responsibility for leading the campaigns and user growth strategies and executions;
  • Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/ influencers/ communities, projects and other potential partners to promote Bitget in the local market in order to achieve the growth of user and trading volume;
  • As a representative of Bitget to establish, deal and maintain a good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation align with the company's needs;
  • Be responsible for the execution and performance review of KOLs, marketing strategy, track and analyze channel KPIs in order to make corresponding adjustments to ensure the most optimal performance and maximum ROI;
  • Keep abreast of local industry developments trends, and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business or Marketing;
  • 1+ year hands-on experience within a Business Development/ Account Manager (B2B) role in the Fintech/ crypto/ DeFi/ GameFi;
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • In depth knowledge of affiliate marketing in the industry;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
  • Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.
