Lantern is hiring a

Business Development Manager

San Francisco, United States

About Lantern:

Since Lantern’s founding in 2012, our team of researchers, technologists, and clinicians have been at the cutting edge of translating clinical research and expertise into simple, effective online programs based on cognitive behavioral therapy.

We envision a world in which people think differently about their mental health–where they feel empowered to take a simple step toward self-improvement. We believe that mental health is for everyone, and that people deserve support that is accessible, affordable, and effective.

As part of our recent investment round, we are deepening our focus on the healthcare provider marketplace.  The healthcare market is moving from a fee-for-service orientation to more of a population health model where providers will be increasingly at risk for a defined population.  As this shift occurs, providers will be looking for partners and solutions like Lantern to economically reach their population and help manage their behavioral and physical health.

The provider market is comprised of several hundred large health systems representing several thousand individual hospitals across all 50 states.  Our goal is to segment this marketplace, identify potential buyers and value propositions, and develop a systematic approach for contacting target customers to raise awareness, generate leads, and initiate sales opportunities.
