Business Development Manager NCAA Midwest / Northeast

We provide the information they need to optimize athletes’ health, game-day readiness, and performance, as well as in-game tactics.  Our solutions include wearable technology, video analytics, and athlete monitoring solutions, and we are passionate about helping sports organizations at all levels to better scout, recruit, teach, and win.



The rapidly growing demand for Catapult in North America has led to the required services of a Business Development Manager for our NCAA Division 1 realm. You will be responsible for promoting and driving significant growth of the Catapult products along with daily account management. Using the resources and technology provided, you will grow and expand the client base, strengthen the brand and drive revenues while adhering to the Catapult culture code and values. This will be a remote-based position with responsibilities across multiple sports across the country while reporting to the Director of Sales. 




  • Develops and executes territory and account plans to meet/exceed all revenue targets
  • Develops and maintains working relationship with multiple account personas
  • Manages CRM in accordance with Sales processes
  • Produces accurate revenue forecasts
  • Develops proposals and negotiates with stakeholders
  • Identifies revenue blockers and communicates them substantively to Leadership
  • Clearly articulates the product and company value proposition
  • Understands the competitive landscape and how we win vs key competitors
  • Follows industry trends locally and internationally
  • Prospects new logos, retains current contracts and upsells products to existing accounts
  • Maintains adequate pipeline to retire quota consistently



  • 5+ years of business development to business sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of a business development strategy
  • Conflict resolution
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Willing to travel (up to 50% of the time when local restrictions permit)
