Business Development Manager

  • Research and expand customer file B2B & B2C in accordance with the OPS of the company
  • Encouraging employees to apply suitable policies for each type of client
  • Seaside and Coordination of the contractual terms and related issues to understand and implement.
  • Implement and guide the team for good and long-term partnerships and maintaining them.
  • Support in evaluating, proposing and handling the most appropriate solutions.
  • Construction and development of suitable customer care solutions.
  • Coordination of the structure of the sales team (number of personnel, positions, job description, ...)
  • Committed by month/year to the implementation and distribution of business goals for the team.
  • Coordinate proposals to develop and disseminate team support on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis for implementing the action plans.
  • Contribute to and coordinate implementation of objectives, business plans and related activities monitoring reports: Sales team performance, training policies, handling of problems
  • Send regular team activity reports.
  • Coordinate team operations with the Head.


  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Business in which at least 3 years of experience as the BDM, Sales Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Have knowledge about business, retailing, and customer service
  • Good communication, persuasion, and task-organizing skills.
  • Forecast and understand the market.
  • Planning skill.
  • Team management skill.
