LendInvest is looking for a high performing, experienced, mortgage sales professional to lead our efforts to increase our distribution of bridging and development loans in the North West of England.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to take ownership of building our sales distribution network and intermediary relationships in the North West, by being LendInvest representative there. This is a new role and you will be required to help define the regional sales strategy, and collaborate with our London based team to develop an efficient integration of sales activity and operational support. The role will commence with you working as a remote Business Development Manager but may evolve in time to be a small local office under your direction.
The role will have a high degree of autonomy and will report to the Head of Distribution in London, with whom you will agree sales targets and channels. You should be comfortable with working in a target orientated role, and having your remuneration partially determined by achieving these targets.
This is a great role for a sales and relationship focussed individual looking to capitalise on their existing network of introducers by joining a fast growing, well capitalised and innovative lender, with products and customer service that have been built to achieve significant deal volume and growth.
