The Role

LendInvest is looking to expand its BDM team by increasing our distribution of buy-to-let, bridging and development loans nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to build a sales distribution network of intermediary relationships. We currently have an established team of regional Business Development Managers (BDM) and due to our continued growth and success we need to expand this team by making additional hire to cover the North West of England and North Wales, territories. The areas covered will include Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Wirral, Lancashire and North Wales

This role will have a high degree of autonomy and will report to the Sales Director, with whom you will agree sales targets and channels.

This is a great role for a sales and relationship focussed individual looking to capitalise on their existing network of introducers by joining a fast growing, well capitalised and innovative lender, with products and customer service that have been built to achieve significant deal volume and growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Represent LendInvest locally
  • Build awareness of our brand and products (with the aid of our marketing team)
  • Build, manage and maintain a network of intermediary introducers
  • Originate, screen and close deals, with the assistance of underwriters and case managers.

What we need you to have

  • Proven experience in selling mortgage products, ideally in the specialist buy-to let, bridging and development finance markets.
  • Demonstrable success working autonomously.
  • Able to work collaboratively from a distance; you will be working away from head office but you’ll need to adopt the LendInvest business practices and culture;
  • An established network of intermediary introducers across Directly Authorised brokers, Networks and their Appointed Representative brokers.
  • Clean UK driving licence.
