Position summary
We are looking for and exceptional Business Development Manager who is passionate about animals and believes pets are an important member of a family. This role will lead our inside and outside sales approach in close collaboration with the leadership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive and implement our multi-channel B2B sales strategy; in particular engaging and activating the salesforce of the corporate partner
  • Formulate sales performance KPI’s in close collaboration with CEO and execute against them
  • Design inside and outside sales approach in close collaboration with the CEO
  • Liase with Customer Service and Product teams to ensure seamless user onboarding experience
  • Work with product and design to provide an expert perspective on Go-to-Market and create winning collateral for the salesforce
  • Design and build the infrastructure to track and analyze performance KPIs and convert the insights into action
  • Work closely with engineering, product and design to ensure the growth vision is reflected in their respective areas
  • Be a thought leader in B2B growth and develop world-class methodology and processes
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Several years of experience managing and optimizing B2B growth strategies in a hands-on sales and/or B2B marketing role in a digital environment
  • A proven track record of success in scaling digital business through cross channel customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for building, bringing to market and scaling B2B digital products and services
  • Passion for data and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
