About the position

Our Business Development Reps (BDR) are a pivotal part of expanding the Showpad sales pipeline. As a BDR you will take responsibility for sourcing lead referral partners (LRPs) such as marketing agencies and business consultants and maintaining those relationships.

Key responsibilities as a BDR at Showpad

  • Strategize with the Business Development team on which lead referral partners to target
  • Find the relevant contacts within those companies and reach out via email, LinkedIn and/or phone
  • Build up connections and educate your target audience on Showpad’s partner program and platform
  • Qualify prospects & set up meetings for Business Development
  • Work towards a monthly opportunities target

Skills we are looking for

  • 2 + years experience at a marketing agency or a combination of marketing and sales experience including cold calling
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A results driven personality with a proven track record of achieving measurable goals
  • A self starter that thrives in a fast paced work environment
  • Excellent time-management and prioritizing abilities
  • Experience with enterprise software or SaaS is a plus
  • Sales training is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
