Requirements

The role of a Business Development Representative presents an amazing opportunity to start a consultative sales career. Under the leadership of the Business Development Manager, you will be working collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and develop new prospects to meet our ambitious growth objectives.

Working in the London office and covering the UK & European geographies, you will be required to fulfil many duties; profiling and researching, qualifying & networking with new prospects to understand their unique business challenges, managing inbound enquiries, attending networking events and conferences, and supporting the marketing team with events.

As part of a new and fast growing team within Fuse, full training & support will be given in the Learning & Development industry, our platform and technology, and how to be a superstar business developer. This new knowledge and experience will provide you with the skills and the opportunity to progress as a Senior Business Development Representative, to become a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or to pursue other roles within our fast-growing business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with prospects in order to achieve and exceed the sales quota of Qualified Sales Leads.
  • Generate high quality opportunities to meet your Revenue Target.
  • Generate opportunities from a list of target accounts within the region by calling direct on target accounts as well as responding to inbound leads.
  • Help to create and support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns targeted at specific verticals.
