Blueprint Advisory is a Salesforce consulting and technical/product advisory firm. Our story began in 2010 when our founder decided to build Talent Rover, a staffing and recruiting software, on the Salesforce platform. After scaling that business to the 9th fastest growing software company in America (2017 Inc. 500), the business was acquired in March 2018.
Blueprint leverages that experience to help others implement, customize and build Salesforce-based applications in a variety of industries. This expertise extends beyond development and into broader operational, sales and go-to-market challenges customers face when building and launching their app. We also provide advisory services related to software selection, management consulting, product leadership, and technology execution.
About the Position:
Blueprint Advisory is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) who has a passion for Salesforce. The primary focus for our BDR involves creative outbound outreach in finding the right prospects and matching Blueprint services to meet their Salesforce needs. This position is expected to quickly grow into an Account Executive role and is a key early hire.
