London, United Kingdom
Full-Time

Who we are

Learn more about our product by watching The World of Precursive (10 min).

We have a unique culture, based around our values, that encourages meritocracy, having fun, and the continuous development of our staff. If you’re seeking a new opportunity, at a growing company, who is mission-driven and customer-obsessed, we’d love to hear from you!

How we work

We operate a global team. Some of our team work from our London HQ (this role!), some from their homes, and others in hubs (predominantly) within the US and Europe.

We actively nurture a culture of transparency and support - this allows our team to work autonomously, to challenge decisions, and to be heard - everyone has a voice!

Revenue Function

The Revenue team is the combined efforts from both Sales & Marketing teams, who work closely to drive opportunities for the business. The lead funnel and subsequent pipeline generated is as a direct result of this partnership and we ensure that you’ll have all the tools you need to work closely as a unit. Business Development as a function sits neatly at the intersection between Sales & Marketing, with prospects passing through in order to be checked for market fit and needs discovered. It means BD is integral to the growth of the company.

Stronger Together

We understand that our success is not the result of any one individual and that for us to achieve something greater we must work together across different departments, countries and cultures. We know that we will only achieve the success we desire by constantly innovating and delivering the best for our customers.

Everyone Has A Voice

We want you to feel comfortable knowing that you are able to discuss, debate and challenge. We listen and respect each other's points of view but are not afraid to call out any behaviors that are not acceptable.
