We're looking for salespeople to manage accounts and skyrocket customer growth. If you're a self-starter with a consultative approach to selling — with experience pitching sales to any audience, and cultivating great client relationships — this job is for you!

The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in growing our business. The main focus of this position is to build relationships with qualified prospects for our sales process through cold calling, referral network nurturing and partner channel development. You will be tracking leads through various marketing and social media programs designed to cultivate prospects for deeper qualification. 

You are a passionate individual with high emotional intelligence and a natural inclination for selling. You thrive in high-growth merit-based environment. 

What we're looking for

You will

  • Develop target prospect lists and cold call into B2B clients 
  • Interact with prospects and provide product and pricing overview 
  • Generate qualified leads and arrange sales meetings
  • Manage prospecting status and forecasting in Salesforce.com
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Effectively partner and foster relationships with Account Executives

You have

  • Fluent in French
  • 0-2 years experience in an inside sales role
  • You have strong business acumen 
  • You enjoy the art of selling 
  • You thrive in a collaborative, supportive and team oriented environment 
  • You have excellent phone presence 

Nice to have

  • BA/BS degree
