About BePark

We believe that using technology to operate parking lots digitally leads to better suited solutions for end users as well as lower cost for the building owner. Our expertise and technology allows us to operate hundreds of parking lots representing well over 10.000 parking spots that would otherwise be unavailable to the public.

BePark’s teams offer end to end parking solutions to thousands of individuals as well as over 500 Companies in Belgium and France, including Altran, Marsh, Delhaize, Orange, Cofinimmo, Bouygues,... We will continue to spearhead innovation and, from the parking lot, help accelerate global trends in mobility for the benefit of the community at large.


Key responsabilities

You will be in charge of :

  • Managing the inbound leads (calls and emails) and making outbound calls
  • Manage all the incoming B2C prospects and deal with small B2B contracts
  • Responding to prospects with all the needed information about our products or services (by phone or email),
  • Finding solutions in order to offer the best option to our clients and ensure that they see the added value of our services
  • Proactively following up the sales opportunities in order to meet the clients' needs and close deals
  • Achieving monthly targets

Requirements

  • You are fluent in French and English is a plus.
  • You can commit to working at BePark for a minimum of 3 months, starting in August or September 2020, in order to fully understand the business and develop your skills.
  • You are result-oriented and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are organized, rigorous and focused
  • You enjoy social contact and meeting new people
