PALO IT is seeking a Business Developmen Representative to help hit its aggressive sales goals in our go to market in the US. In this role, you’ll use creative prospecting strategies and tools to identify prospects and initiate the first outreach with potential customers.
We'll help you build your career in Sales while you collaborate with a diverse team of talented individuals. Your goal is to book meetings with qualified prospects to fill the pipelines for the sales team.
As a business development representative, you will:

Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects (cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking...)

Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer

Determine the prospect's interest in PALO IT offer and qualify contacts

Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
-
Achieve at least 30 meetings with new prospects per month.

Work with the Marketing team to develop sales enablement collateral

Work With a team of 3 BDRs to ensure company goals and team growth goals are met.

Use Hubspot (and other tools TBC) to keep your performance and funnel organized.

Become an expert in our services to best understand and serve our customers and prospects.
Required qualifications:

Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills

Positive, persuasive communicator.

Proficiency in English (writing, speaking and listening)

Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role

Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures

At least one year of professional experience
