Position Summary

SetuServ is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with leadership team to fill organizational sales pipeline
  • Target and engage with prospects through cold-calling and both targeted and mass email campaigns
  • Identify key contacts at target organizations through independent research
  • Act as the first face of interaction with our company by creating a powerful first impression and compelling articulation of our value proposition
  • Facilitate successful customer meetings and demo presentations
  • Maintain clean records of all outbound activity


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability and desire to work in highly-entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
  • Technical expertise with willingness to learn new subject matter (machine learning, AI)
