BlueVine is looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to work closely with sales representatives from our largest strategic partners, to drive lead submission & funding volume. In this role you will build relationships with sales representatives, educate them on BlueVine’s financing products (Line of Credit, Term Loan, Invoice Factoring), ensure successful submissions and fundings, and handle any issues or questions that come up throughout the funnel. As a member of the Strategic Partnerships team, you will help drive the company’s growth strategy by deepening results with our largest partners.
 
The ideal candidate has experience in phone-based sales, working capital financing, and relationship management. Success in this role requires entrepreneurial instincts, superb communication skills, and a “get it done” mindset. This role requires a substantial amount of communication via phone, email and slack; comfort working on a sales floor is a must. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage the daily submissions funnel from Strategic Partners to drive revenue for BlueVine 
  • Build relationships with sales reps at each of our strategic partners, to drive successful submissions
  • Educate and support your partners on our products, our underwriting process, and the on-boarding process 
  • Collaborate across the BlueVine organization (internal sales team, external sales teams, risk, and operations) to help your Partners close more deals with BlueVine

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of outbound telephone sales experience
  • Experience in working capital financing AND/OR online small business financing
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quota, goal oriented
  • A team player, a quick thinker, and a fast learner
  • Great communication skills
  • Excited about growing your career within a rapidly growing company
  • Exhibit uncompromising integrity
  • Have a desire to help small businesses
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
