About the Team:

Vidyard is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be on the front lines of our sales process responsible for strategically sourcing (outbound) and qualifying sales opportunities at targeted accounts though our account based marketing (ABM) program.

As a BDR, you will be working with Senior Account Executives and marketing to strategically target key accounts as well as researching/developing accounts on your own to prospect into (outbound via video, email, phone, & social). You will be conducting high level conversations with Sales and Marketing Executives to drive new business and achieve your monthly quota of qualified sales opportunities.

This is a remote position.

To be an effective team member, you are:

  • Excited to hunt for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Able to strategically research and develop accounts for prospecting.
  • Comfortable cold calling.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Excited to thrive in a fast paced environment, developing the role as things evolve with our business.
  • Passionate to learn and looking for personal growth in sales

It is a plus if you have experience:

  • Building consultative relationships with Marketing & Sales leaders.
  • B2B account prospecting.
  • Working with sales technologies, ideally Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Qualifying the wants/needs of an organization.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly activity goals.
