Business Development - Singapore, Business Analyst (Project)
Lead strategic commercial projects and process improvement initiatives for the SG market
Collaborate with regional commercial and local category teams to strategize and implement key projects (including but not limited to pricing, seller acquisition, seller management, marketing strategies, etc)
Identify opportunities to deepen SG-based seller success and improve buyer experience
Apply qualitative research and quantitative analysis to understand and drive internal process improvements for retail, category management and campaign planning
Develop and subsequently review / track these KPIs for these commercial initiatives. With proven performance, potential to lead project teams
4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, consumer-focused, B2C or e-commerce industry
Exceptional project management and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel. SQL knowledge will be a plus
Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem solving, and result-orientation
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good team player with can-do attitude
Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
