Business Development - Singapore, Seller Operation Services

Job Description:
  • Responsible for all operational performance indicators for the sellers under your care
  • Stakeholder and relationship management with brand principal and e-distributor
  • Own the seller performance matrix
  • Systematically and regularly meet up with key accounts to review sellers’ performance, highlight areas of improvement, share industry best practices, update new policies and features to sellers, and follow up on key actions
  • Propose area of improvement on both policies and seller center based on sellers feedback

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) discipline
  • 1-3 years experience in account management, customer service or customer experience preferred
  • Good at numbers, able to maintain key matrices dashboard, identify problem areas and distill insights based on dashboard
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with databases and SQL preferred
  • Ability to analyse data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions and identify opportunities
  • Experience creating and/or improving operational processes across teams/stakeholders
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools, ability to learn new tools quickly
