Job Overview

Casper is looking to add an analyst to our fast growing Data and Analytics team. The Analyst will collaborate with other members of our Business Intelligence team as well as other teams globally at Casper to define our analytics strategy. Our goal is to be a data driven company, so there will be no shortage of interesting questions to answer!

We’re looking for someone to be the analytical firepower that drives our growing business, specifically:

  • Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards that tell the story behind the data to non-technical team members so they can execute more effectively
  • Work with Executive team to understand weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance and trends. This role will have plenty of exposure to Senior Leadership
  • Collaborate with global Supply Chain, CX, Finance and Retail teams to understand their challenges and provide analytical support to help drive decision making
  • Build out and own our BI tool (Looker) to power our data driven company. Be the biggest believer that data is a competitive advantage for Casper
  • Drive our business with increasingly sophisticated analysis, including regression forecasts and machine learning models


  • 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Management Consultant
  • Expert in Excel
  • Experience with SQL and Python a plus
  • Interested in leveraging technology to do cutting edge reporting and analysis
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Flexible, adaptable, able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
