About the Opportunity

To drive our vision forward, we are looking to add to our Business Operations team to help us scale as we approach the next phase of our growth. You will play a critical role in building scalable processes across the business. You’ll work cross functionally and help solve problems as they come up. We are looking for structured thinkers and true problem solvers with a builder mindset. You'll work alongside colleagues who have helped to shape the success of companies such as Google, Okta, Rubrik, AWS, VMware, and more.

We are building the next generation data security platform for the multi-cloud era - will you join us?

You Will:

  • Provide tactical support to senior leadership by managing and executing operational activities, such as executive team meetings and quarterly board meetings.
  • Assist in the execution of cross-functional strategic projects including pricing analysis, financial modeling, and Company All Hands preparation.
  • Build and optimize operational processes across finance, sales operations, product, and other business functions to drive efficiency and support company-wide initiatives.
  • Contribute to a data-driven decision-making culture by developing metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor and drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to support project management efforts for key initiatives, stepping in to support where needed.
  • Prepare and facilitate internal communications, including supporting town halls, weekly team meetings, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

You Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a business operations, analytics, or support role in a high-growth or strategic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working within cross-functional teams to drive tactical execution.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field with demonstrated ability in operational or analytical roles.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a resourceful and proactive "roll up your sleeves" mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and effective messaging.
  • Strong attention to detail, an ability to prioritize tasks independently, and a drive to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to think critically, analyze business problems, and create scalable solutions to support the organization.

 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in enterprise Saas and/or security space
  • Experience in business operations, strategy, strategic finance, and related fields at a start-up

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
