TrueMotion is looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager who wants to make an impact at a growing startup, and help save lives on the road. 

Do you love helping to define scalable mobile applications and architectures? Do you love working with development teams to build scalable mobile applications with reusable code and ensuring best practices are followed? Do you like working with customers to help them integrate technology into their mobile applications?  If so, TrueMotion is looking for an experienced Mobile Development Lead and architect to be part of our customer delivery team.

In this role, you will steer mobile development architecture and best practices across various development teams.  You will help manage outsource partners in delivering customer mobile solutions to our partners.  You will also be working with our customers and partners to help integrate TrueMobile technology into their applications. . You will collaborate with the technical and commercial teams, and the client to plan and lead business and technical meetings/discussions, document requirements, develop estimates, document business and technical project scope and plan out the project including writing stories with the team, planning milestones and deliverables. You will work with client teams and internal delivery teams to deliver the implementations through acceptance by the client and ensuring business stakeholders are getting the correct value from the solution. 

Since we are a scaling startup, your influence in prioritizing features and processes will be critical to the company’s success. You will also work closely with our customer success teams to support the onboarding of clients on our technology and ensuring that they are getting value from the solution. 


  • Support the Services business management function including services planning/modeling and operational reporting
  • Own the Client Services management reporting system to expand our portfolio of dashboards upon which we run our business.
  • Identify new dashboards and enhancements to existing ones to improve business insights. Roll up your sleeves to help develop these dashboards
  • Own the services forecasting process for bookings,  billings, and revenue
  • Build and manage the services supply & capacity process to provide leadership visibility to resource utilization and availability
  • Coordinate professional services accruals & billing process for end-of-month and work with delivery leads to ensure Estimates at Completion are accurately reflected. 
  • Work cross functionally to establish and manage key operational processes to deliver organizational success.
  • Own Customer Satisfaction Survey Implementation and quarterly readouts
  • Continuously improve service operations processes and tools.
  • Complete any additional tasks that may arise


  • Minimum of 2+ years in a business ops, sales ops, channel or partner ops, or marketing ops role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company 
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Broad knowledge of Professional Services and the processes, challenges and business context associated with PS, based on experience in a variety of roles/functions
  • Knowledge of sales and revenue forecasting processes and approaches
  • Experience with PS Automation tools such as Mavenlink , OpenAir, etc. 
  • Hands on experience with designing and developing reporting dashboards for business operations.  (Any BI tool, but ability to learn new ones)
  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, PSA tools, and complex Excel preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
