Job Summary

A new stealth project at Expa is hiring for a business operations role. We are looking for a business swiss army knife - someone who is resourceful, self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity. They will work closely with initial users to build and scale go-to-market efforts, playing a crucial role in shaping the course of the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and execute initial go to market processes: helping recruit, onboard and build relationships with new end users
  • Ensure users’ success with the product and channel feedback to the rest of the team
  • Help determine go-to-market strategy and build the necessary processes and channels to help scale the business

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Experience in a top-tier professional services or investing environment (e.g. consulting, banking, venture capital, private equity)
  • Experience at a leading tech company or your own entrepreneurial endeavors
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
