We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help us manage a large set of internal productivity tools for our internal customers.  We help build and optimize internal processes and tools for Collective Health to provide the best experience to our members.   We are looking for someone to help us drive productivity through continuous process improvement in our existing tools and work to identify new solutions that fit the needs of our users.

What are the primary responsibilities of this role? 

  • Support operational and implementation work for Cards function
  • Be a requirements, testing and process re-engineering SME for key projects
  • Support operational and implementation work for Welcome email

Typical activities may include:

  • Supporting Card function as part of an implementation team
  • Supporting Operational function of Card generation
  • Review and approval of designs and specs
  • Mock ID card generation
  • Working with external vendors
  • Process and workflow definition and optimization
  • Leading and participation in user acceptance testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years in experience related fields 
  • Implementation experience
  • Fluent with G Suite applications
  • Experience gathering, defining and writing business requirements, and translating into detailed designs
  • Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
  • Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
  • Ability to understand, analyze and envision an end-to-end process
  • Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
  • Ability to balance a variety of inputs into a cohesive approach
  • Systems design, testing and implementation
  • Custom and package software implementation experience
  • Training, communications and adoption activities
  • Ability to be effective in a matrix management environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Member and client focused (customer centricity)
  • You enjoy a fast paced team environment and adapt well to change by adjusting priorities as needed
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Process oriented and have experience building and improving processes
  • Healthcare background strongly desired, not required
