- Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to fraud detection processes and prevention policies
- Lead the design and development of new techniques to detect and prevent behaviors impacting trust of Shopee platform
- Drive efficiency, quality and standardization in local ops teams' processes
- Continuously scan/ monitor for new fraud trends and modus operandi
- Streamline and standardize SOP for relevancy and currency in face of evolving trends
- Research internal and external data to identify risky behaviours and create strategies to minimize fraud
- Develop and maintain machine learning models to detect fraud
- Report periodically to management in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in ecommerce fraud, credit card fraud, account take-over and risk management
- 4-5 years total work experience with 2-3 years project management experience in top consulting firms or leading corporations
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Knowledge of general business processes and organizational frameworks, such as goals, strategy, culture, and structure
- Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English
