Business Transformation - Fraud

Job Description:

  • Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to fraud detection processes and prevention policies
  • Lead the design and development of new techniques to detect and prevent behaviors impacting trust of Shopee platform
  • Drive efficiency, quality and standardization in local ops teams' processes
  • Continuously scan/ monitor for new fraud trends and modus operandi
  • Streamline and standardize SOP for relevancy and currency in face of evolving trends
  • Research internal and external data to identify risky behaviours and create strategies to minimize fraud
  • Develop and maintain machine learning models to detect fraud
  • Report periodically to management in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

  • Experience in ecommerce fraud, credit card fraud, account take-over and risk management
  • 4-5 years total work experience with 2-3 years project management experience in top consulting firms or leading corporations
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of general business processes and organizational frameworks, such as goals, strategy, culture, and structure
  • Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English
