Automation Test Lead

Qualitest are looking for an Automation Test Lead to work across multiple technically challenging projects solving some of the hardest software testing problems on a range of platforms.

We work in a range of sectors such as e-Commerce, Banking / Finance, Telecoms, Defence, Retail, ERP, Media and many more, all of which you will have the chance to work on and diversify!

Requirements

• Strong practical enterprise experience on test automation tooling and frameworks
• Extensive experience with test automation. e.g. Selenium, C#, UFT, Appium, Visual studio, nunit
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks that validate functionality at different levels of the technology stack
• CI/CD experience (desirable)
• Developing and maintaining automation frameworks for Web / APIs / Microservices
• Knowledge of Agile techniques (e.g. BDD, TDD)
• Comfortable managing teams of automation engineers
• Experience of working in a offshore and onshore model

• Developing and rolling out automation strategies

• Supporting automation testers and engineers in development and growth

• Excellent communication skills and reporting
• Flexibility on travel and mobility
