About The Role
We are rapidly expanding our operations as we build new partnerships across the healthcare spectrum. We are looking for an experienced, customer-centric individual to grow our patient engagement arm. As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you are often the first voice of Sprinter Health. We are looking for someone that can use their voice to support patients in their care journey through convenient, at-home services.

A Day in the Life of a Sprinter Patient Engagement Specialist

  • Your day will begin by reviewing the schedule to ensure all next-day appointments have the necessary registration information and documentation to enable a seamless visit experience for both the patient and our Sprinters
  • You will work closely with our health system counterparts to obtain any missing appointment information, provide appointment updates, and identify areas for workflow improvement
  • Throughout the day you will utilize deep prospecting techniques to outreach patients in a personalized and engaging way
  • You will accurately and compliantly input patient demographic, insurance and appointment information to ensure the clinician and providers have the appropriate information at the time of visit and post-visit
  • You will work between our Salt Lake City and St. George offices throughout the week (travel expenses paid) based on weekly priorities
  • You will work closely with our implementation manager and clinical manager to review appointment progress, identify areas for improvement and discuss future program expansion opportunities
  • As different patient situations arise, you will escalate questions and concerns to the clinical manager in the region for appropriate resolution
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned including outbound calling to schedule patients

Skills and Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of patient scheduling experience recommended
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain information to customers
  • Proven skills in managing multiple channels of communication including phone, email, chat, etc.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Salt Lake City, Utah (with travel to St. George).

The base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 - $75,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits
