Responsibilities

  • Business lead for the Travel, Home & Living Category for ShopBack's Pay Later business.
  • Own the KPI and be responsible for revenue growth
  • Develop and execute business development and account growth plans for the category
  • Deep dive into data and trend analysis to ensure that the category remains high performing in the market.
  • Responsible for building and leading a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to acquire, retain and grow key merchant partners to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years of sales/business development/account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Prior working experience in high growth startup, e-commerce, payments is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities to solve complex business problems and drive growth
  • Strong people management skills
