Channel Marketing – Direct Mail Manager, Contractor

Position Summary:

Temporary support for ~5 months as a maternity leave backfill for the Direct Mail Channel Marketing team (3 team members) in their efforts to launch Direct Mail initiatives, tests, and required updates.  The team manages the direct mail efforts for all Lines of Business under tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Manage Direct Mail efforts.  This includes:

  • Request creative updates through internal and external vendors
  • Route creative for feedback and approvals
  • Review seeds for quality control and assurance
  • Lead weekly Channel Marketing and Direct Mail Operations meetings
  • Request, set up, and test phone #s and vanity URLs
  • Provide reporting for key initiatives and tests
  • Manage communication streams and update as necessary
  • Submit requisitions and manage cost spreadsheets

Supervisory Responsibilities:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years work experience, preferably or peripherally to Marketing
  • Project management skills

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
