We are looking for a manager of strategic planning and execution that will report to our CEO and will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote.

This role will play a crucial role in defining and executing the company strategy and ensuring the strategic alignment of all teams within Vivian.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a strategic and thought partner to the CEO, and the entire executive team
  • Drive forward on organizational priorities and identify key areas of leverage for the company
  • Maintain operational cadence for the business, including OKRs, annual planning, and more
  • Work with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward goals
  • Provide the CEO and senior leaders insight and analysis of the company's operations
  • Assist in preparation of monthly board materials
  • Develop business and project plans for initiatives that cut across the organization, including new go-to-market opportunities and improvements to internal operations
  • Partner with our CEO to drive efficiency and productivity of the company, streamlining business initiatives, managing programs, and communicating cross-functional objectives
  • Stay close to the key operating metrics of the business to identify and raise key focus areas for the business


  • 4+ years experience in a senior operating role at a fast-paced technology company; management consulting experience; corporate development; or venture capital
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • You possess high emotional intelligence and comfort in engaging with team members and business leaders
  • You can convey complex ideas concisely and in an actionable manner to internal and external audiences
  • Strong strategic thinker who applies creativity to problem solving, and handily takes a big idea from thought through to execution
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity

  • Experience working in healthcare
  • MBA


The range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
