Your Opportunity
Quite simply, this is an incredible opportunity to play a crucial role at C-suite level - working closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team to achieve The Collecting Group’s long-term goals and objectives.
Taking a strategic approach to operational management of the group, your remit will include realising the full potential of both the Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting platforms - focusing on automation and market expansion, whilst also focusing on diversification of revenue streams for the wider group.
Lead, inspire and collaborate
Coaching, mentoring and nurturing a collaborative team culture, you’ll oversee daily operations of the company, focusing on improved productivity and performance, whilst identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and improvement across the organisation.
Leveraging technology, you’ll lead initiatives to enhance our user experiences, adopting and implementing new technologies to drive efficiencies, whilst working closely with all business functions to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to business objectives.
Is this the role for you?
