As the new CPO of SmartLockr you will become responsible for our product and development teams, providing hands-on leadership, translating the company's vision and customer focus guidance through your knowledge of technology, trends and best practices, striving for product quality and performance. Your challenge is putting the right people in the right place, challenging your team and bringing the product to the next phase in line with the company's international growth.

Your mission

• Understand market trends and customer needs
• Develop and execute our product roadmap, to ensure alignment with our business goals
• Lead our product architecture and guide direction, to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and discover and implement technological and security needs
• Engage, motivate and lead the development team
• Monitor KPIs, Performance Metrics and IT budget
• Communicate product roadmap to stakeholders/investors and use their feedback to inform and implement necessary improvements/adjustments
