About Us:

PSTakeCare team is a young group of passionate graduates and college students from IIT Bombay, ICT and BITS Pilani driven towards the aim of unscrambling the process of healthcare. PSTakeCare team started with an aim of simplifying healthcare for the society and is now en-route to providing its users with the most extensive discovery platform ever.



  • Managing business development(BD), operation and marketing of a particular city
  • Regarding Business Development
    • Planning and allocating areas to executives
    • Dealing with major clients
    • Controlling the training and development of sales and data collection team
    • Creating customized sales pitch for different clients
    • Achieving target and adhering deadlines
  • Managing  team of patient relationship officers
  • Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
  • Driving team performance by motivation, appreciation, etc
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Reporting to senior managers

  • Proactive- Person, who always look for opportunities and loves to take initiatives and give inputs to existing process
  • Graduate with MBA degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in people management
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and 'people skills'
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Ready to relocate to other cities
