Client Operations Associate

This role is all about delivering an exceptional service to our commercial clients. You’ll provide day to day support to our B2B customers and help onboard new clients and sites.

Working with multiple systems, tools and processes and liaising between both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll make sure our client accounts run smoothly. You'll build a knowledge of our product and B2B offering that allows you to establish the root cause of any issue our B2B clients face and resolve it quickly and effectively.

Here's an idea of your day to day

  • Manage the Client Operations inbox, effectively prioritising and allocating issues raised
  • Analyse and investigate client issues to find the root cause and identify the most effective solution
  • Respond to client queries on email and over the phone
  • Deliver training and product support to new clients
  • Onboard new clients by accurately inputting the listing information required to active new sites
  • Support the continuous improvement of our service by proactively identifying trends and opportunities that are impacting our clients


At the heart of the role is your ability to deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll be passionate about making sure we deliver above and beyond for our B2B clients. You'll become an expert on JustPark’s service, features and capabilities to best educate our customers.

About you

  • Great written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Experience in a customer or client support role required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
  • Confident analysing problems or issues faced by a customer, liaising with wider team or other departments as required
  • Demonstrable aptitude for understanding technology and software
  • A track record of learning new skills and a proactive approach to personal development
