THE ROLE

Bombfell is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate who will serve as a soothing balm on the inflamed skin of our clients who need help. You will be a first line resource for customer service questions and investigations. The perfect candidate loves to document and improve processes, measure results, prioritize ruthlessly and just flat out get things done. Exceptional employees will have the opportunity to grow within our CS team. 

You must be available for the following shifts*:

Mon-Fri: In the office for 4 of the 5 days (8 hour shifts plus a 1 hour lunch)
Sun: Work from home 8 hours any time between 8:00am -11:59 pm (You do not need to work 8 hours consecutively)

* You will need to be available for regular Mon-Fri shifts during the first month on the job (for training). 

Please note: This is an hourly position with full-time hours and benefits.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first line resource for customer service questions and investigations. Deliver superior service and take ultimate responsibility for reacting quickly to ensure our members are happy, fat Hobbits
  • Quickly and thoroughly solve problems for members when deliveries or experiences don't go as planned
  • Liaise with Operations team to work with our 3PL warehouse team to investigate errors in fulfillment and returns processing
  • Master our internal ticketing and back-end system in order to efficiently and effectively process requests
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience
  • Provide thoughtful, strategic insight regarding customer needs to our product, marketing and technology teams

YOU MUST 

  • Possess a bachelor's degree
  • Be tech-savvy and have access to a reliable laptop and internet
  • Be SUPER DUPER DUPER detail-oriented
  • Have an indomitable work ethic
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Be able to take direction and constructive feedback
