Client Services Coordinator

You will provide administrative support to the Client Services group by coordinating customer deliverables and fulfilling requests for new and existing customers. You will report to the Manager of Provisioning.

You're very detail oriented, good at following processes, and good at multi-tasking.

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Provision databases for new customers
  • Update databases and enable features for existing customers
  • Perform customer name/domain changes
  • Liaison between customers, Client Services, and Technology teams for custom services engagements
  • Schedule initial meetings between customers, Implementation Manager, and Customer Success resources
  • Track implementation-related information, including one-time fees and contract terms
  • Create and update any process documents that are needed
  • Other tasks as required by the Client Services Department
  • Effectively set expectations and communicate items of technical nature with customers

About You:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to follow complex instructions accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to appease frustrated or angry customers in a positive, sympathetic, and diplomatic way
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Experience managing and responding to multiple tasks in the same time frame
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
  • High School diploma required
