Client Services Manager, Hong Kong & Taiwan

For this role, we seek an outstanding Client Services Manager to join our Advertising Sales team managing our sales initiatives within Hong Kong & Taiwan. We want someone who loves our product and wakes up every morning happy to interactive with our clients. Above all, your work will impact the way Brands connects with the Spotify users. This role is located in our Singapore office.

What you’ll do

  • Work with Spotify’s sales team and our appointed Sales Resellers in Hong Kong & Taiwan to build, retain and grow a dedicated book of business (agencies and advertisers)
  • Collectively as a team - identify clients, revenue opportunities and define strategies to execute against them
  • Conduct variety of industry analysis, understand client needs and work out solutions in the form of sales and customer materials
  • Respond to RFPs and deliver world class media proposals
  • Translate audience data into insights and unique selling points using a broad range of 3rd party data sources in close collaboration with Business Marketing and other functions
  • Liaise with internal sales support teams on creative customer briefs, from initial pitch to technical project management to campaign launch
  • Together with Sales Resellers, meet clients (agencies and advertisers) on a monthly basis to pitch these new solutions and proposals
  • Work with Traffic team to monitor campaign performance, recommend optimisations, and ensure campaign delivery
  • Monitor and execute potential upsell opportunities
  • Provide customers with 1st and 3rd party post-campaign reporting

Who you are

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in either media agency, media owner/publisher, client management or sales role
  • Understanding of how agencies plan, buy and measure performance of Digital, TV, Print, Radio and Programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Highly customer oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines
  • Analytical with proven ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Tech savvy with intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote; experience of Salesforce, DSM and DFP is a plus
  • Enjoys working in a team and always ready to contribute ideas and new ways to improve the business
  • Willingness and ability to travel on a monthly basis to our Southeast Asia markets
  • Strong presentation, communication negotiation skills

Other Requirements

  • Preferably with a Singapore citizenship or Permanent Residence status
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Advertising, Business, Communications or Marketing
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken), Mandarin (written & spoken) and Cantonese (spoken)
