OnDeck is seeking a Client Support Representative in our Denver office to be a jack of all trades! You will quickly learn and understand our Loan Origination processes inside and out. You will provide solutions using phone, email, and LiveChat to our Sales team, Partners, Customers (loan holders), potential customers, Credit Analysts, Underwriting team, Closing team, and Finance teams.
