We’re an early-stage precision fermentation start-up on a mission to kick off the next great bio-industrial revolution by developing an intelligent, sustainable & healthier approach to the production of raw materials.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Co-Founder and CTO you will play a core role in the founding team of our early-stage Biotech start-up. Your goal will be to design, develop and maintain our computational and analytical infrastructure to enable faster and more innovative product development. Additional activities will include recruitment and management, as well as contributing to the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST MONTHS

• Establish our main database and populate it with omics and bioprocess data as well as begin building the key metabolic and bioprocess models.

• Design and begin constructing the company's overarching data infrastructure

• Lead the development of analytical tools and pipelines for this database

• Work closely with our scientists to optimize our database and tools as well as identify creative solutions to their analytical challenges

• Innovate and advise on the latest technologies and standard methodologies in data engineering

• Manage relationships and project coordination with external parties
