Commercial Credit Analyst (AU Client, Permanent Work from Home)

The Business Activities:

  • Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending:
    • Loans directly from Investors to Borrowers
    • All loans are for commercial purpose, with most being for construction and real estate development
  • Property Management, including lease agreements, and Development

Job Summary:

  • Reporting to the Director
  • Working with Borrowers and Investors to collect information, assess, contract, fund, manage and complete the loans and investment
  • Understanding of lending including:
    • Loan calculations, loan interest, loan agreements, lending policies, title deeds, PPSR, Mortgage registration, and what the borrower, guarantor and mortgagor are
  • Loan processing and credit analysis.
    • This will require a general understanding of project feasibility, property, property development, contracts of sales, construction, construction contracts, property valuations, quantity surveyor report, project costings
  • Weekly teams meeting with video and screen sharing.
    • Summarize issues and questions for weekly meeting
    • Adjusting and request work as time permits, overall diligence
  • Answer phone calls, emails and resolve tasks or escalate questions
  • Applicate must have a modern PC with Windows 10 or above and video conferencing hardware


  • Previous experience in commercial lending
  • Business process development and process documentation
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including: outlook, excel, word
  • Excellent math skills, excel skills and understanding of loan computations for loan and construction feasibilities
  • Strong commercial sense to assess business needs, identify solutions and implement
  • Clear written communication
  • Time management for yourself and the Director’s schedules
