What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in commercial lending
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including: outlook, word, excel
- Strong commercial sense to assess business needs, identify solutions and implement
Nice to Have:
- Time management for yourself and the Director’s schedules
- Business process development and process documentation
- Independent and solution oriented
What will you do?
- Working with Borrowers and Investors to collect information, assess, contract, fund, manage and complete the loans and investment.
- Understanding of lending including: Loan calculations, loan interest, loan agreements, lending policies, title deeds, PPSR, Mortgage registration.
- Loan processing and credit analysis - This will require a general understanding of project feasibility, property, property development, contracts of sales, construction, construction contracts, property valuations, quantity surveyor report, project costings.
- Weekly teams meeting with video and screen sharing.
- Answer phone calls, emails and resolve tasks or escalate questions.
