Our client established over 40 years ago, is a boutique, full-service insurance brokerage. They partner with many major, financially strong insurers allowing them to bring their clients a breadth of coverage options at competitive prices. Driven by their values of integrity, accountability, trust, and honesty, they provide a work environment of recognition and collaboration.

As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, Sales you will be tasked to grow a book of business targeting commercial clients across a wide spectrum of industries.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate submissions to insurers, and presentations to prospects / clients.
  • Grow your client base by networking, cold calling, attending events, etc.
  • Grow and maintain a prospect list.
  • Cross-sell other lines of business to customers
  • Give sound financial advice for products and coverage required.
  • Self-motivated, with potential for high income levels

Requirements

What we require:

  • University Degree
  • Must be RIBO licensed
  • Must have 2+ years of proven insurance sales experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office, Policyworks, & Applied Epic
  • Strong time management skills, highly organized
  • Effective team player in an office setting
