The Role

The Commercial Product Manager will join an exciting new team and will report to Head of One-D. You will be responsible for productizing and optimising upcoming migration plan campaigns, whilst also helping to identify further core up-selling and cross-selling opportunities that grow on-line sales and optimise the digital experience for end-users.

The position is based in Brazil -ideally in Rio or, alternatively, in Sao Paulo.


Responsibilties

  • Identify opportunities and provide input on product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features with regards to Mobile Operator needs and products
  • Interact with Mobile Operators to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps for their Core Products including up-selling and cross- selling different plans and bundle products
  • Work with various stakeholders to continuously define prioritisation of features
  • Drive the product UX design and optimize towards end customer optimum User Experience and revenue growth
  • Coordinate communication, escalate and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the specific products
  • Ensure that marketing and sales are adequately supported to achieve their targets
  • Enable analytics-driven decision making to evolve products and usage
  • Create and own ROI analyses and optimization recommendations
  • Develop appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch in order to evaluate and propose improvement plan
  • Establish the product’s goals and review success metrics to achieve commercial success
  • Continually improve products post-launch, prioritize feature requests based on customer satisfaction and revenue success

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience focused on Operator Core Products, ideally online sales and e - commerce and/or migration plans
  • Strong analytical skills to research new concepts and derive critical market and product segmentation
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, in both Brazilian and English
  • Strong strategic development mindset
  • Accountable, self-sufficient, self-driven, action oriented, problem-solver, with attention to detail
  • Ability to travel
