Maple is looking for a Commissary Operations Manager who will own the day to day operations of our commissary facility. The right person for this role will be excited about the prospect of leading and motivating a team and about ensuring that the commissary operates at the absolute highest level of efficiency. This will mean oversight of teams managing daily production, purchasing, commissary testing, facility management, food safety, distribution and growth. This person will work closely with our Director of Culinary Operations to ensure that all of these facets are working in unison to ensure our commissary continues to be a best in class operation.

More important, this is a chance to play a key role in helping to build the next great consumer brand. Maple’s Commissary Operations Manager will have ownership over a core piece of the business that will ultimately have an enormous impact on the success of the company in the short and long-term.
