Community Manager at MediaMonks MAD

We are looking for a qualified Content Manager / Community Manager with background in the automotive industry, very experienced in social media and with a high level of English.

You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. You will be working for an iconic car brand. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills and demostrable high knowledge in social media.

As a Community Manager / Content Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimisation and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all social media content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.


  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term social media targets
  • Posting content
  • Keep up to date in the automotive industry
  • Community management
  • Collaborate and design site content, style and layout
  • Create and supervise engaging social media content
  • Reporting
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
  • Liaise with the social media team to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimise the social media content style
  • Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Develop an editorial and social media content calendar and ensure content team is on board
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention


  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager / Community Manager
  • Proven knowledge in the automotive industry sec
  • Hands on experience with social media
  • High level of ENGLISH
  • Excellent writing and content skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
