What you'll do:

  • Develop unique content to challenge and delight our most active players
  • Interact with the playerbase in both public and curated forums, along with one-on-one chat
  • Drive NPS and retention by utilizing existing tools in unexpected ways
  • Survey the playerbase to find areas of improvement within the platform
  • Run live events with both cash and non-cash prizes
  • Work with Design to develop special merchandise and in-game badges
  • Roadmap new Product features aimed at encouraging competitive play among small groups of players
  • Work with the Customer Support and Marketing teams to ensure our VIPs receive exceptional support and interesting special offers
  • Develop and run a team of volunteer moderators to help ensure the community remains welcoming as it grows

Your Skillz:

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly written communication
  • Passion for video games and competitive gameplay
  • Experience working with ZenDesk, Vanilla, and Adobe CS
  • Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast-paced teams
  • Competitive sports or esports background
