Community Manager - Social Media

We’re looking for someone to join our content team in the role of Community Manager. This role will be responsible for Deliveroo’s ‘always-on’ organic social channels, promoting, monitoring, engaging and posting with our UK community. You will look after the optimisation of promoting our content to relevant and engaged audiences across social platforms including Facebook and Twitter. You will report into the Organic Social Lead and be part of the content team tasked with building brand love and engagement through content.


Responsibilities

Working closely with regional UK teams to support business objectives the Community Manager will:

  • Responsible for executing the day-to-day the social media content calendar to ensure Deliveroo’s social channels are kept up to date, and content goes out on time
  • Build, manage and optimise the promotion of organic social post to relevant audiences, in order to drive engagement, quailty acquisition and strong traffic to Deliveroo.co.uk and the blog
  • Work with regional restaurant teams and our restaurant partners promote local content to relevant audiences
  • Help to create Deliveroo’s social strategy through weekly reporting, highlighting key findings (success and learnings) to Organic Social Lead and the content team
  • Keep track of promoted post spend to ensure we stay within quarterly budgets
  • Monitor and engage in customer interactions. Work with customer service to ensure queries and questions are being responded to quickly and effectively to help grow brand love
  • Interest in Photoshop and GIF creation
