Community Training Manager

Poshmark is hiring a Community Training Manager who will be responsible for creating a general Community team-based training program, as well as department-specific training programs for teams in office, remote, and internationally. The Training Manager will ensure that all Poshmark Community new hires receive excellent training on the use of the platform, processes, and policies. Their goal is to ensure the team can successfully apply what they learn in training directly to their work with the aim of achieving the highest possible level of personal, team, and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has experience creating a multi-team training program as well as onboarding and training new associates through different levels of experience.


  • Designing, creating, implementing, and updating training programs and supplemental course materials
  • Managing a Learning Management System (LMS) and department wide deployment
  • Collaborating with Training Specialists in order to provide onboarding and training to various levels of agents across multiple teams
  • Providing leadership to a team of training specialists through effective communication, motivation, coaching, innovation and goal setting
  • Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultations with managers
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of training by creating, managing, and facilitating a Quality Assurance program
  • Owning and actively updating all workflow processes
  • Working with Community managers to create new hire training plans as well as training plans for specific agents and/or teams when needed
  • Updating and maintaining Community processes and procedures manual to keep up with ongoing improvements, changes, and company growth



  • Strong strategic and organizational skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Customer Support email-based training experience
  • Up to 10% international travel may be required, as well as potential for evening and weekend work


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience with the Poshmark app
  • Experience using Google Suite
  • Experience with a LMS
